% The font_size parameter is the size of the font. You must use a
% unit followed by a #. Units include:
% pt# point 72.27pt# = 1in#
% pc# pica 1pc# = 12pt#
% in# inch 1in# = 2.54cm#
% mm# millimeter 10mm# = 1cm#
% cm# centimeter 1cm# = 1/2.54in#
% dd# didot point 1157dd# = 1238pt#
% cc# cicero 1cc# = 12dd#
% Font size is also a factor in determining stroke size. See
% below.
%
% Stroke thickness varies between thick and thin settings. The
% thick setting is the product of the default thickness, font size,
% and the thickfactor parameter. The thin setting is the product
% of the default thinness and the thinfactor parameter. The
% subscript thickness is used instead of thickness in subscripts.
% It is a product of the default subscript thickness, font size,
% and the subthickfactor parameter.
%
% The slantratio parameter is the ratio of the horizontal
% adjustment to the vertical height. In trigonometrical terms,
% this ratio is the tangent of the slant angle, which starts at the
% vertical and runs clockwise.
%
% The font identifier is used internally and is not a file name.
% The default font identifier is composed of three components:
% root, suffix, and size. The root is DVNG, if bombayfont is
% true, the root is DVNB, if calcuttafont is true it is DVNC.
% if you specify any of the lower group of parameters, the root
% is DVNX. The suffix
% is B for bold font, I for italic font, BI for bold italic, and
% empty otherwise. The size is the font size rounded to the
% nearest integer.
