\subsection{Purpose of this tutorial}
This tutorial shows how to create \textsc{pdf} forms using
pdf\LaTeX{}, hyperref and insdljs. The focus is set on forms
which are filled interactively on screen and printed.

You need a \LaTeX{} distribution, pdflatex, hyperref and
insdljs must be installed. The insdljs package is a part of
the AcroTeX Education Bundle, see
\url{http://www.acrotex.net}.

You should have the following additional documentation
available:
\begin{itemize}
\item	the hyperref manual: \cite{hyperref:manual},
\item	guides, specifications and references for
	Acrobat JavaScript:
	\cite{pdf:javascript}, \cite{pdf:scripting:guide}
	and \cite{pdf:scripting:reference} and
\item	the \textsc{pdf} file format reference: \cite{pdf:reference}.

This tutorial shows three examples, the first one is developed
step-by-step. The final versions of the forms are
``ex0011'', ``ex0101'' and ``ex0201''.
\end{itemize}
