chemnum - a comprehensive numbering method for chemical compounds

Basically one main command is provided, \cmpd{<label name>}. With
it compound labels are initialized, declared and printed.
There are some variants of the commands and possibilities to customize
it. It also can print compund lists.

chemnum loads the packages expl3 and xparse and therefore needs LaTeX3
support as provided by the package bundles l3kernel and l3packages.
chemnum also needs the packages etoolbox, psfrag and textgreek
to be fully functioning.
