Subject: Re: TeX for OpenVMS AXP?

You can find a very fine distribution of VMS executables both for VAX and
AXP on the CTAN archive (ftp.tex.ac.uk) in tex-archive/systems/vms. The
files are archived and packed with the new ZIP which preserves VMS
attributes.

The programmes come with full source and stand the canonical tests (there
was an older AXP TeX which didn't, this one you can easily recognise by the
huge size of the executable, 10 000+ blocks).

Enjoy TeXing on the Alpha,

Yours, J"org Knappen.
