The continue package provides for a variety of continuation indicators
by default on recto (odd numbered) pages in a twosided document when the text
continues on the following (verso) page. All pages may be marked and the marking
stopped and started.

To install the package:
o run: latex continue.ins, which will generate:
continue.sty
trycontinue.tex
o Move *.sty files to a location where LaTeX will find them
e.g., .../texmf-local/tex/latex/continue
o Refresh the database
(for more information on the above see the FAQ).
o run: (pdf)latex trycontinue for a test of the package
To generate a second copy of the manual (which is already supplied as a PDF file):
o run: (pdf)latex continue.dtx
o (for an index run: makeindex -s gind.ist *.idx)
o run: (pdf)latex *.dtx
o Print *.(pdf|dvi) for a hardcopy of the package manual
