The Persian HM-FTX bundle of fonts offers a set of 228 Persian fonts which are
derived from the Metafont sources provided in the FarsiTeX distribution,
farsitex-1.0pre1, released in 2004 by Behdad Esfahbod and the accredited Irmug
font software http://wiki.irmug.com/index.php/X_Series_2.

The conversion from Metafont to TrueType has been done by a python program
which copies the glyphs from each FarsiTeX font and pastes them to the
corresponding font provided in X Series 2 fonts released by Behnam at irmug.com.

These fonts are expected to work just as fine as the original X Series 2 fonts
released by Behnam at irmug.com. A sample of all fonts are included in
'HM_FTX-fonts-sample.pdf' file. If the fonts are installed correctly, you can
recreate the fonts sample by invoking the command:
"xelatex HM_FTX-fonts-sample.tex".

Please note that these fonts are beta release and may contain bugs. So any
comments and bug reports are appreciated. Please send your comments and
bug reports to this email address: dma8hm1334 AT gmail.com.

I will do my best to answer all the emails I receive, but, unfortunately,
time is a big hurdle to overcome; so, my apologies in advance for those
which I cannot make time to reply.

Persian HM-FTX fonts are released under SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.
