2010-02-23  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	* xdv2pdf_main.c (main): Reduce to the required minimum.

2010-02-18  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	* xdv2pdf_main.c, xdv_kpse_formats.h: Initialize search paths
	via kpse_init_format() and kpse_set_suffixes().
	The old code is still available through '-DXDV2PDF_OLD_FORMATS'.

2009-06-22  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	* Makefile.am (AM_CFLAGS): enable comfiler warnings for C code
	(ObjC and C++ code would give too many warnings).
	* xdv2pdf_main.c: ANSI C function declarations.

2009-05-27  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	Adapt to TL2009 build system.

2009-03-19  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	* T1Wrap.m, xdv2pdf.cpp: Use again config.h, not c-auto.h.

2009-03-17  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	* xdv2pdf.cpp: Reestablish the '-d' option.
	#include <kpathsea/kpathsea.h> and reinterpret_cast for type
	conversion.

2009-03-16  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	* xdv2pdf.cpp: As a temporary fix, disable the '-d' option.
	Really need to include <kpathsea/debug.h> and somehow deal
	with the UInt8 <-> char conversion.

2008-02-29  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	The Makefile.in uses `kpse_include ../make/config.mk'; thus
	autoheader must generate c-auto.in.
	* config.h (new): includes the autogenerated c-auto.h.
	* configure.in: removed `--enable-maint', added AC_DEFINES's
	third arg to provide autoheader templates ...
	* acconfig.h (removed): ... renamed ...
	* acconfig.h.dist (new): ... into this.

2008-01-31  Peter Breitenlohner  <peb@mppmu.mpg.de>

	Convert from autoconf-2.13 to autoconf-2.59+:
	* Makefile.in: Add @configure_input@ line.
	* aclocal.m4 (new): Generated (aclocal -I ../m4).
	* configure: Regenerated (autoconf).
