- Add more content
There are still a lot of sections without content.
 Any input will be appreciated.

- Provide conversion to vim-help
Information about the - very simple format - is available.
Contact Michael Wiedmann <mw@miwie.in-berlin.de> for more
 information on this topic.
It will be necessary to generate multiple output files,
maybe on the first section level. At least »Saxon« and
»xsltproc« can do this. Look at 'html/chunk.xsl' of the
DocBook XSL Stylesheets to find a starting point.

- Provide conversion to Texinfo
There is a Perl script package (docbook2X-0.8.2) at sourceforge
which should do the job. Unfortunately the available package for
Debian/GNU Linux is rather old (0.5.1) and fails with our document.
My first tests using the actual version from source were _not_
successful. I contacted the author Steve Cheng and he promised
to have a look at my reported problems. Unfortunately I didn't
hear anything from him again since then.
