-shortdesc Plain TeX macros for Physicists.
-longdesc TeXsis is a TeX macro package which provides useful features for
-longdesc typesetting research papers and related documents. For example, it
-longdesc includes support specifically for: Automatic numbering of
-longdesc equations, figures, tables and references; Simplified control of
-longdesc type sizes, line spacing, footnotes, running headlines and
-longdesc footlines, and tables of contents, figures and tables; Specialized
-longdesc document formats for research papers, preprints and ``e-prints,''
-longdesc conference proceedings, theses, books, referee reports, letters,
-longdesc and memoranda; Simplified means of constructing an index for a
-longdesc book or thesis; Easy to use double column formatting; Specialized
-longdesc environments for lists, theorems and proofs, centered or non-
-longdesc justified text, and listing computer code; Specialized macros for
-longdesc easily constructing ruled tables. TeXsis was originally developed
-longdesc for physicists, but others may also find it useful. It is
-longdesc completely compatible with Plain TeX. [description copied from TeX
