Update hyph-utf8 (SVN #580) and package descriptions.
- complete descriptions for tlpsrc files - updated Hungarian patterns - change language tag for Pinyin (zh-latn -> zh-latn-pinyin) - remove trailing spaces from patterns, change line terminators for Spanish - fix typos in documentation - update unicode module in ruby: different character set for uppercase letters in Greek and German git-svn-id: svn://tug.org/texlive/trunk@23085 c570f23f-e606-0410-a88d-b1316a301751
