doc/test updates.
dvips.texi: remov
fmtutil.pl: return status, --no-strict wording.
updmap.pl: main output first.
TLPDB.pm (not_virtual_install_package): variables in diagnostics.
tl-update-containers: multi-arg xsystem call.
