The JavaScript methods are demonstrated in \texttt{icons-appr-pb.tex}. A shortcoming, to some, of the JavaScript method is that \app{Acrobat} is needed, and the methods do not apply to check box and radio button fields. In this case, open the file in \app{Adobe Reader DC} (or \app{Acrobat}) and save it. It will now view correctly in \app{PDF-XChange}.
